You haven't received your order yet? Please check your email and even your spam folder:
You will receive an email as soon as your order is shipped or if your document could not be printed.
In addition, your order history is displayed in your profile (www.charly.education).
We send without tracking, but next to each order there's either a checkmark (order shipped) or a red x (order canceled).
If you see a checkmark, you received a delivery confirmation email from us and your order still has not arrived, there might be many reasons for it: Wrong shipping address, missing name on your mailbox, etc.
In that case, your document will be sent back to us and you will receive an email. Please respond directly to that email with your correct shipping address, so we can resend your document.
Please note that we can't ship orders outside of the DACH region. If you entered an address outside of that region, your order can't be dispatched.
