You will receive an email from us when your document has been sent or if the file could not be printed. We send the documents without tracking, but you can see in your profile whether your order has been sent or cancelled. A green tick means that the order has been sent. A red cross means that the order has been cancelled.
If you see a tick and have received a shipping confirmation by e-mail, but your document has not yet been sent, your document probably could not be delivered. This may be due to an incorrect delivery address, a missing name on your mailbox or similar. In this case, your document will be sent back to us and you will receive an email as soon as we have received it.
Please note that we can only send documents within the DACH region. If you have entered an address outside this region, the document cannot be delivered.
